Suggestion and Grievance Form

GroomTeam USA has the responsibility to address issues directly related to the awarding of points as referenced in sections 1 and 2 in the Conflict of Interest Policy or direct violations of GT Code of Conduct or Standards of Conduct and Sportsmanship Rules. In an effort to quickly resolve issues in an expedient manner, please bring the perceived infraction to the attention of the GroomTeam USA Board of Directors, immediately. If a representative is not on sight, contact information can be found at WWW.groomteamusa.org. Grievances must be submitted in writing, within 7 days of perceived infraction.

All other concerns should be brought to the attention of the Show Promoter/Contest Coordinator, utilizing the protocol established for the specific contest in question.

GroomTeam USA will assign a Grievance Liaison at all shows to help facilitate any grievances. The liaison will work closely with show promoters to facilitate a proactive approach to resolving issues promptly and transparently. This person will be available if an in fraction occurs against the Conflict of Interest Policy, Code of Conduct or Standards of Conduct and Sportsmanship Rules. The sole purpose of the Liaison is to gather information, create a timeline and present it to the Show Promoter and Board. All Grievances must be submitted prior to the close of the show. rev 03/25
